A: It’s good to meet you too. I’m major in CAD. Which department are you in?

M: I am in the Department of Economic Management and I’m major in Marketing.

A: Do you like our college?

M: Oh, yes. It’s very beautiful and I like it very much.

A: Do you miss your parents?

M: A little. How often do you go home?

A: Once a month.

A: I must be off now. See you later.

M: See you.

Task: Meet someone on campus and introduce yourselves.

Michael wants to ask his English teacher, Ms. Wang, some questions, but he doesn’t know the way to Ms. Wang’s office. He is asking Judy for help.

Dialogue 2

M: Excuse me! I am new to the campus. Do you know where the Administration Building is?

J: Sure! Look at the plan of our school.

M: Yes, here it is.

J: Look. we are here now. To get to the Administration Building, you need cross this square and go straight.

M: OK.

J: And the Administration Building is about one hundred meters from here. It’s a high gray building. You’ll see fountains around it.

M: No wonder I got lost. I was heading in the wrong direction! Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.

J: No problem. Good luck!
