①可提前一天做好馄饨。青菜洗净,开水焯熟后捞出切碎;干香菇泡发,切末;葱姜切末。

③取一张馄饨皮,取适量菜肉馅放在馄饨皮1/3处,从下往上卷起,留约1厘米边缘。

④两端沾适量水,捏紧包好,依次处理。包好后放入冰箱冷藏,第二天适量取用。锅里倒入高汤,加入洗净的紫菜和海米,放入馄饨煮熟,淋适量芝麻油,加盐调味即可。
搭配 快手椒盐豆腐
卤水豆腐1块,植物油1大匙,香葱末、椒盐各适量。平底锅倒油烧热,放入切片的豆腐。中火煎至两面金黄色,表面变焦脆。撒香葱和椒盐拌匀即可。
