①面条可以在前一晚做好。以菠菜为例,将菠菜切碎,放入搅拌机内,加150克清水,搅打成浆,用筛网过滤出汁备用。

⑤用同样的方法制作胡萝卜汁和紫甘蓝汁的面条,放入冰箱冷藏,注意留好空间,防止粘连。第二天做早餐时,取适量面条即可。
