TIPS
1.一定要使用高温油布,如果放在锡纸上,是会粘住锡纸的,会很难取下来。
2.冷却之后会变脆,如果想要做成蛋卷状,要趁热使其弯曲。
3.百利甜酒可以用朗姆酒或者白兰地代替。
■做法■
1.黄油加细砂糖放入大盆中;
2.取另外一个大盆加入热水,然后将放了黄油和细砂糖的盆放入其中,隔水溶化;
3.将溶化的液体搅拌均匀;
4.加入百利甜酒搅拌均匀;
5.筛入面粉拌匀;
6.加入椰丝拌匀;
7.将面糊翻拌到均匀即可;
8.将面糊分成等量的小圆球,放在高温油布上;
9.取一个小碗,碗里放一些清水,将勺子的背部沾上少许清水;
10.用沾了水的勺子背部按压在小圆球上,将面团摊平;
11.烤箱预热至150摄氏度,上下火,放入中层,烤15分钟左右,表面金黄即可。
